About The Government
It is very important for United States citizens to understand the functions of local government. Our local elected officials decide how our public safety is managed, how our police officers are trained and how they are policed.

In the United States, the Constitution, laws and the government are all connected in a number of ways. The legislative branch, the executive branch, the judicial branch, explained here
The Executive branch does not make the laws. When the laws come to their desk, they just say yes or no. The Legislative branch are the one's that make the laws, therefore more focus needs to be on the legislative branch, which is why this website was created to empower you with information to really make your vote count.
Voting every 2 years is just as important as voting every 4.
